Im using the Carousel Post on Vantage theme and would like to exclude a particular category from showing. Thanks.

Try adding:
cat=-x
Where x is the category ID you want to exclude. Add this to “Additional” field of the Post Loop widget. To get a category ID go to Posts > Categories, click on the category you want and view the URL the ID is in the URL.
