How do I create Menu Bar Heading without a linking Page?

Hi
Just got Vantage Premium. Thanks it is an awesome theme.
I am a WP Newbie with a basic understanding of CSS. I’m using a child theme of Vantage,
I want to have a menu heading in the main nav section that shows sub-menu items but is not link to any page itself. Not sure if this can be done in custom CSS.
Any thing you could share would be appreciated.
thanks

    Hi Shawn

Add a Link item to your menu instead of a Page. Fill anything in the URL field. Once the link has been added to the menu you can remove the URL. Make that the parent of your sub menu items.
