How can I remove the white space above my template?

9 years ago · Last reply by Adam Harnden 9 years ago

I installed pagebuilder but the original theme twenty seven seems to be very persistent on displaying things I don’t want. Is there an easy way of fixing this without exporting my project to editor and hacking out the theme it’s self (which probably doesn’t work)

    Hi Adam Harnden

    Preface: I would strongly recommend changing to a different theme. Twenty Seventeen has a strong focus on large amounts of spacing and it’s very hard to get rid of it all. I highly recommend checking out some of our more minimal themes.

    Try adding the following CSS to WP AdminAppearanceCustom CSS:

    .site-content {
      padding: 0;
    }

    Does that help?

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.

    Thanks, I just uninstalled wordpress and did it in HTML5? Love your builder but just don’t really get the wordpress environment yet so I’ll give it a try again on the next project.
