This spacing seems to be added by the theme. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at how it’s being added? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
Please note that there is minor spacing being added by Page Builder. Please navigate to your page edit screen and open the first row in the editor by clicking the wrench icon to the top right of the row. Then please head over to the row styles sidebar and open the layout settings group. Set the padding to 0.
