How can i remove extra space between the rows

The padding and even the bottom margin is set to 0 but there is too much empty space between the rows and widgets which makes the design look very bad.
For reference, here is the site link ORNet . Please take a look and assist me with what i can do about it.
Otherwise i would have to look for any better option than this page builder.
