How can I make the columns wider?

I cant work out how to make my columns wider or for the rows to expand over the full width of the page

As you can see it is all in the middle of the page. I have been through all the settings I can find to make sure they are set to go full width but nothing has worked :/
Anyone able to help me?

    Hi Leigh,

    Please open the relevant row by clicking the wrench icon above the row. Head over to the row styles sidebar and open the Layout settings group. Set the row layout to full width stretched – this will be the full width of the browser.
