Hi Eddie
The Hero widget doesn’t have options for the buttons. Have you considered inserting the image as a row background and then inserting a SiteOrigin button widget, you can then choose the Wire theme in the button widget.
Next, try editing each row, click Layout in the right column and use the Bottom margin field, set it to 0.
is there any way i can make the button with border?
Ok, another idea, consider replacing the Hero widget with a SiteOrigin Layout Slider widget. You’ll add the background image and then add a button widget and copy your padding settings from the Hero to the Layout Slider settings.
how do i do to insert img as background? what widget do i use?
could you help me if i authorize you to use my login and password to help me with those changes?

Please, see my video above the Layout Slider widget idea. If the Layout Slider widget is not activated, go to PluginsSiteOrigin Widgets to activate it.
If you want a save space to work, create a new page then go to Page Builder tab, click Layouts, click Clone Pages, locate the page you want to clone and do so. Then, once done you can clone your test page in the desired location.
Apologies, let me make a quick edit to that video.

Have you tried the steps I advised above regarding the row spaces. It’s pretty late here so I’ll do my best to offer advice.
Next, try editing each row, click Layout in the right column and use the Bottom margin field, set it to 0.
