How can I add address and cookie warning to the footer of the website?

Hi,
I would like to add my contact details and cookie warning to the footer of the website. How can I do this without downloading another plug in?

Also the dashboard menu is jumping about ? Is there something wrong with the template?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    A cookie notification is best handled by a plugin, there are plenty to choose from:

    Take a look at number of active installs before choosing one. It’s a good indication of how good the plugin is.

    Perhaps one of those plugins offers the ability to add additional info. I haven’t tried any, so, unfortunately, can’t recommend one.
