Hovering over link shrinks the font size in Vantage

Hi,
I’m not sure how better to describe what’s happening. When I hover over any of my hyperlinks in page body text they are shrinking down several point sizes. I can’t sort out why it’s happening or where to fix it.

    Is the problem still happening? I can’t seem to find a link that does this. If the problem is still there can you perhaps point out a specific link this is happening to?

    I think I solved this. It did keep happening when I added new links to various pages. There was a style set to make a: hover go to 12px font,
    regardless of how large/small the non-hover text was. I put in a bit of CSS that seemed to solve it. I think.
