    The challenge is the time required to load the Hero widget which is the first widget on the page. If you have a moment, please see Alex’s reply as to why this is the case: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/hero-image-slider-loads-slowly/.

    To improve the load time, consider installing and activating the various options in https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/. Whenever adding optimization/caching plugin, be sure to test all functionality including contact forms after activating a new setting in the plugin in question.
