Hey there,
I purchased a theme called, Larus this morning, and it includes SiteOrigin Page Builder with it. I’ve installed it all, and been fiddling around with it, but am running into issues in creating a homepage.
I want to achieve a similar effect to the demo page linked above, but in the actual Page area, I’m missing the “Page Settings” shown in tutorials you guys have created.
Additionally I’m unable to apply a sidebar to the page I’m creating without it overlaying over the created page. It’s as if the static page is sitting underneath the latest posts page, and I can’t separate the two.
I had assumed it was an issue with the Appearance > Theme Options, which gives me options to apply a Grid post layout, but that isn’t working either. Although I understand that this section is a JellyWP.
Much thanks!

Hi Ben :)
If you’ve seen Page Settings in SiteOrigin.com documentation, that’s most likely for SiteOrigin themes. Each theme will have it’s own methods of handling page display settings.
If you’re using a premium theme (paid for) and are struggling to recreate the theme demo home page, it would be best to reach out to theme support. This is the perfect theme support question, it’s directly in the middle of the support scope, recreating the demo.
Okay, thank you.
I have contacted the developer already and waiting on a response, but it just feels a bit weird that I’m unable to achieve the full scope of what your tutorials are showing me. For example, being unable to turn off the page title from showing.
Thank you again!
Super, hopefully they can assist quickly. The Page Title setting is a theme based setting that isn’t part of Page Builder, it’s directly coded into our themes. Hope that helps explain what’s happening there. The entire Page
Settings metabox in the right column is a theme level item, not included with our Page Builder plugin.
Good luck :)
