Home Page Slider Widget Issues

I recently changed the home page image because a youtube video link was not performing as expected. In its place I attempted to ad a slider. After publishing I was able to see that the Home Page was exactly as I wanted and viewing it from the Admin page showed me this.

However, when someone logs into the front portal there is no more images. There is only the home tabs and my company logo. Someone suggested that it made be a coding error that isn’t connected the next page. Can someone offer any suggestions that may help? Having spent my own money to have the site built, after leaving my job to start my own company, I am trying to reserve spending. The site is www.hlali.org I appreciate any and all advice. Thank You.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Clifton,

Sorry for the delay. I understand you’re frustrated and you have every right to be. I’ll try and get this sorted asap. I would strongly consider changing to a different slider. the slider you’re using seems to… well it seems to be having a large number of problems. Oddly, you’re able to scroll left and right – where there are obviously no other images present.. :S

Oh, and I don’t seem to see an image in your post so maybe I’m missing something. Could you resend the image? Regardless of that, consider running a plugin config test. For reference the test is:

Try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If the above doesn’t help, you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
