Home Page Not Changing

Hello,

I’ve left my site alone for awhile. I visited recently, intending to edit the text on the front of the page, and the home page will not update any longer. I had an issue with an ” under construction” plugin and this theme in the past and deleted this plugin after seeing this new problem. There is still no change. I’d like to be able to edit the page as soon as possible.

    Hi C

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    If you go to Appearance > Home Page are you not able to edit the widgets there? If so, please, try running a full plugin conflict test. Information below:

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    Thanks, sorry for the long time in responding. This was resolved with a plugin change, cache clearing, and waiting awhile after log out.
