Home page messed on Windows Chrome and Ie

For some reason, on mac book, the homepage of my website is fine. However on windows, chrome and IE shows messy home page.
Can you please advise why? I am using home page builder.

Sorry for the late reply. I can’t seem to recreate this issue on my side. Are you still having this issue? What do you mean by messy? What is displaying incorrectly.
