home page customization doesn’t show in front page

hello there,

i used the vantage theme to create a little static site, in which I customized the homepage to fit the right to left language i’m using and corrected the margins a little.
the homepage link is:http://www.montessori-center.org.il/ – obviously the same url as when putting the website adress directly into the browser.
BUT: when entering the site through the site link http://www.montessori-center.org.il/ the homepage shows just the raw uncustomized homepage version with all the sh*** alignments. only when you click the “home” link on the menu (the most right one) does it show the customized home page.

I’m not using a child theme as this site won’t change much over time.

any ideas how to fix this?
