Hi, I have a concern regarding my home page, I dont know why but before on my screen it shows a button of widget and rows, but now its just a blank page with a button of “edit as page” I dont want to use edit as page because the interface is very difficult for me, i want it rows and widgets just drag and drop. can you help me with this thing?

    Hi Roland

    Does your homepage still display correctly on the front end?
    It may be a problem with pagebuilder. Please try removing it from plugins and then re-download and activate it.

    I dont know, i have 2 page builder one is beaver page builder and one is siteorigin page builder? i know delete the beaver page builder

    its just a blank, there is small circle on center that keeps rotating I dont know if its progress loading bar, i want that interface to have a button for rows and add widget, before it was good, i dont know what happened

    Hi Roland

    Thanks for the image. It does show the page I thought you were describing.

    When using a custom homepage, vantage uses the siteorigin pagebuilder plugin. It does seem that there is either a problem with the plugin or a conflict with another. Please try completely removing the siteorigin pagebuilder plugin and reinstall/activate. This will tell us if the problem is with the plugin or a conflict.

    If it does not work after reinstalling the plugin then please try disabling all plugins except for the siteorigin ones and test again.

    Another thought on your problem. Are you using any caching plugins? If so it may be loading an older script file.
    There have been other threads on here of this happening after an update (latest released 4 days ago) where the issue seems to have been caused by isp caching.

    i screenshot all my plugins magus, im sorry I dont know what is caching plugins, i delete the biever page builder.

    I cannot see any caching plugins installed. Did you try disabling all other plugins to test?

    If so please try this and post your results.

    oh yeah!!!, I deactivate some of my plugins, maybe its the “ultimate underconstruction page” cause i red some comment of that plugins before, but now its deactivate now people can see my site, Do you have any other plugins know aside from underconstruction page? thanks for the big help Magus :) thank you so much!

    But lets not rule out other plugins. Try turning them back on one at a time and see when it fails.
