    Sure, you’ll have to use a plugin for this. To clarify, what sort of sign up feature would you like to add?

    A registration form? Try ZM Ajax Login & Register.
    A newsletter form? Try Newsletter or MailChimp for WordPress.
    A general sign up form? (kind of like a list)? Try Easy Sign Up
