Hide widget in responsive?

9 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 9 years ago

I have used a Hero Image widget to make a splashy page — but it’s too big for responsive (the text gets too small). I have heard there’s a way to add CSS so that an entry in Attributes>CSS Styles along the lines of “nodisplay-sm” or “hide-sm” will hide a widget when the page is viewed on a small screen. Did I dream this? I hope not, because I could really use it!

Thanks

    Hi Jhoughton1

Sure, this can be done :)

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

Thanks, Andrew. I figured it out. The theme I’m using isn’t bootstrap-based so some CSS had to go in before “hidden-sm” could work. All good, thanks for your willingness to help.
