Hide text widget header on mobile

Hello,

I would like to hide the text widget with contact info thats in our header on mobile devices because it doesn’t stack nicely on mobile devices.

I’ve tried some code from other threads but these remove al text on te site.

If somebody knows how to stack the info nicely on mobile that would be great! I’ve tried tables but that didn’t do the trick.

Can somebody help us out?
