Hide Row Title and Jump to Row

I want to hide the row titles and I also want to be able to add a menu link to the row to have it jump to that row on a page. Thanks!

    Here is a general overview for page jumps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/. If you edit a row and click Attributes on the right, you can use the Row ID field to add an ID.

    I’m not quite with you in terms of row titles, if you can send a link and let us know which part of the page to check, we can take a look.
