Hex Colour Picker Not Working

I have several WordPress sites with PageBuilder installed, and all of them include the wonderfully convenient hex colour picker. However, I recently updated one of my sites and for some reason the hex colour picker is no longer working. It only shows a big white box with a limited rainbow of colour options.

Everything is up-to-date. I have tried deleting and re-installing PageBuilder and re-installing WordPress, with no luck.

Any way I can get that colour picker working again?

    Hi TiDesign,

    To clarify, are you stating you’re currently seeing this?

    If so, that’s the WordPress colorpicker. If it looks any differently chances are you’re using a replacement plugin that changes the color picker. I would recommend checking over your plugins to ensure whatever you’re using is active.

    If not, could you show me what you’re seeing?

    No, I could only see those eight color swatches in the middle of a big white box. You were right, it was a plugin conflict. I deleted that plugin—I believe it was TinyMCE Color Picker—and all is back to normal!
