HeroBox image hover works in live editor but not on live site

I’m using the Sydney theme, and added Fitness Gym pre-built web layout to my About page. The Fitness Gym web layout has a image hover over default that grays or shadows images that the mouse is not hovering over. I inserted my own background images and text and it was working wonderfully yesterday. I check the next day and the image hover overs no longer work on my live site, but If I open the pages with live editor, the image hover overs are working as intended. I click done, then update, and it just doesn’t work on my published site.

    Hi Jeff,

    Okay so the Fitness Gym Prebuilt layout doesn’t actually include the hover effect you’re referring too (here’s the layout for reference). Do you mean this hover?

    If so, this hover effect is purely present in the Live Editor as that’s to make it very clear which widget you’re hovering on.

    Thank you for the reply. I wish the hover effect worked on a published site like it does in Live Editor mode.

    Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without some custom coding. I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update.

    If you need this urgently, you could always post a job on Codeable.
