Added a background image, then I added an image to the text field.
Looks really good with my logo over the background image and I don’t have to worry about my buttons overlaying.
Problem is it dosnt want to load on chrome. Got it to load on mobile but it’s driving me nuts. Any way to get around this?

This problem sounds like it might be a caching issue. The first thing to check is server-side caching through plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. If you have any of these caching/performance plugins installed, try clearing their cache and see if that helps.
It might also be browser cache. Try clearing your browser cache, and then refreshing the page to see if that helps.

I ended up compressing all involved images and clearing catch. Worked like a charm. I really appreciate the responses.
