Hero Widget still not showing up

My hero widget is not showing up. It was working fine until I changed one of the pictures in the hero widget, once I did that it stopped showing up. I noticed more threads on this topic and that an update should fix the problem, however my hero widget is still not showing up, not on the desktop version or on the mobile version. ANy idea what be going on?

    Hi Charlotte,

    Please try clearing your page cache and browser cache to ensure you’re not caching the old Hero widget code.
    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
