    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Cesparza,

Please try clearing your page cache and browser cache to ensure your website (and/or browser) aren’t caching the old version of the Hero widget (ie. pre-update). For an explanation of this, please refer to the following video.

If that doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

Sorry but i’m not stupid, i’m a web designer, and the caches has been cleared 5 times.
Everything is check it. Do you thing is normal the same problem in Chrome, Safari, Edge, Opera, and Internet Explorer?
From the last updated, the Hero Widget is not running.
Please chek the code calmly, maybe in Page Builder, or maybe in Widgets Bundle.

The only one thing i know is the hero slider does not apper in the screen.
And there are other users telling you the same in this forum

    Hi Cesparza,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? I ask as we haven’t found an instance where clearing the cache hasn’t resolved the issue so if your case is different we really need to take a look at your website.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Cesparza,

Would it be possible for you to send me an export for the page you have the Hero widget on? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Cesparza,

Thanks. I’ve spotted the issue and this will be resolved in an update.

In the meantime, you can either temporarily disable FitText for the Hero widget or temporarily downgradeto 1.8.2.

You can downgrade by navigating to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and find SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and deactivate it, then delete it. Click Add NewUpload Plugin and upload/activate this version.

    Sorry about this! :(

Thank you, now with this version everything is fine, i was using the last update 1.8.5. Please solve as soon as possible the problem with FitText because is a perfect tool for automatic responsive dimensions.
Thank you for everything and your time
