Hero Widget is not appearing on mobile device

Hi

Love Siteorigin page builder its making building my website so much easier. I just have an issue with the hero widget it looks great on my laptop but when i view on my mobile device it does not show up at all? I have changed the height size of the background image, Is the hero widget responsive?

    Hi Orangepanda200,

    The hero widget is responsive by default, yes. However, depending on settings you can quite easily prevent it from being responsive. With that said, it’s very odd that it doesn’t appear at all. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
