Hero widget doesn’t seem to be working correctly

I’ve placed an image within the Hero widget, but it’s cutting off part of the image. Also, the text that I’m trying to overlay on the image either isn’t sizing correctly, or isn’t showing up at all.

I can send a jpg of what I’m trying to recreate, if that helps.
