Hero widget, can’t display image in full size.

Hi, I’m just starting out, nice product.
I have one question in mind, I been using ur showcase theme, and can’t figure out how to display hero images in full size (they are cropped from bottom). Any help?

    Unfortunately, I can’t seem to find a hero widget on your website. Can you please clarify where I can find an example of the cropped hero widget? This will allow me to explain why this is happening and provide a fix/solution. Sorry about this!
