Hero Video Background on Amazon s3?

Hello,

I am trying to set up a video background in siteorgin hero frame using my .mp4 video file hosted on Amazon s3. When I put the Amazon URL in, nothing shows up, but when I self-host the same file in WordPress, it works perfectly!

I have double checked the permissions on Amazon, is there anything else that would prevent siteorgin from grabbing the file off of s3?

    Hi Mitch,

    As of the last update (1.9.6), this should now be possible. If you’re still having issues with having the video show, would it be possible for you to send me an export for your hero widget (with the Amazon URL in place)? To do this open up the page you’re working on in the editor and click Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
