Hero Slider links not working on each frame

Hi, I have a Big Hero slider with 3 frames on the homepage of this site http://www.hagleyoval.co.nz (themetrust theme Create). Each frame has its own image background link and text links. The slider seems only to support 1 link though. Even when I click to the next frame the link goes to the same link.

I have tried removing the links on the background image but that didn’t work either.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks, Emma

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Emma

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please, try a quick test. Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I tried that but it didn’t make any difference. I did a bit more testing and it seems the background images link through fine but the text links don’t work. I removed all the background image links but the the text links are still not going where they should. They seem to go to the previous slide’s link. It is like the links aren’t keeping time with the slider somehow.

    Thanks for your help, Emma

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. Please, send us an export of the page and we’ll take a look. You can do that via LayoutsImport/ExportDownload Layout. With the JSON file on your desktop, go to WeTransfer.com or similar, upload the file and send us the link.

Thanks, but I don’t see anything to download. All it wan’t to do is allow me to upload?

    Hi, I Work Here

Once the Import/Export link has been clicked you’ll see the Download Layout button on the right below the upload field.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks, I’ve set up a demo here https://demo.siteorigin.com/corp/slider-demo/. I’ve reduced the animation time to 200 as an experiment. The issue doesn’t seem to persist. If you edit your Hero and open Slider Controls, what is the Animation time currently set to?

    Hi, I Work Here

Sorry, I see it’s set to 800. If you reduce the animation speed to 400, is there any improvement?

Thanks Andrew, I've tried both 400 and 200 and neither made any difference.
    Nor on a mobile…
    Any other ideas?
    Thanks, Emma

    Hi, I Work Here

Try creating a test page, edit the test page and in Page Builder go to Layouts > Clone: Pages. Clone the page we’re discussing and remove all rows except for the Hero. Does the issue persist? I’m wondering if there is a conflict with Revolution, this is one way to check. Thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

In addition to the above test, please, could you try temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and see if the issue persists, thanks.
