Hero Slider Arrows not showed

Hi,

i’m using the Primerose Theme on my Website, which includes the Siteorigin Hero Slider Plugin.

the problem ist, that the Arrows and the little ‘Dots’ at the bottom of the sliders dont show of. Also at the Pagebuilder, there is no Option where I can set the Arrows…

Can anybody help me please?
