Hero & Image widgets not rendering full height

Hello, new to WordPress & SiteOrigin… All seems fantastic but I have been stuck for days now. I have tried every setting I can alter but using the site Hero or Image widgets and I cannot get the image to show full height. It just shows a long strip around 5px in height. There is something I am missing or something is not working properly. I have included a url to an About Us page to show what I mean. Any help would be fantastic I have spent hours trying to get my head around this.

    Hi Tim

    Sorry about the delay. We’re busy catching up on our free support.

    The Hero widget height is dependent on the content added. This means that without content, the widget doesn’t have anything to provide height.

    For adding normal images, try using the SiteOrigin Editor widget. You can use the Add Media button within that widget, that’ll allow the adding of images via the regular WP media interface. Or you can just use a SiteOrigin slider widget which is better suited to displaying image slideshow style content.
