Hi!
Hero Image Widget somehow craches other widgets, for example “Counter Number widget” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/counter-number-showcase/, pretty popular one). The counter doesn’t work properly when “Hero Image” is applied to the page. It counts down already during the site loading, not when the user scrolls down to the counter. Without “Hero Image” it works just fine. Is there any possibility to repair it? Is there anything I can do about “Hero Image” widget to change that? Or maybe there is another widget like that which work with other SiteOrigin widgets? Thanks a lot for your response.

I’ve installed counter-number-showcase (wow, aggressive marketing, need my sunglasses on for that banner). My demo counter is counting when entering the viewport and not on page load, all appear to be working normally. Please, can you try a quick test? Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder, the Widgets Bundle, and Counter Number Showcase. Does the issue persist? If so, leave all other plugins deactivated and switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen, does the issue persist?
The task above is to see if you can establish a working baseline. Let us know how that goes.
