Hero Image partially cut off upon initial page load

I’m using the SiteOrigin CORP theme along with SiteOrigin Page builder and SiteOrigin widget bundle.

I’m having an issue where the Hero Image is getting partially cut off upon initial page loading.

After the page is reloaded the Hero Image displays fully as it should.

It’s a sporadic issue that I can’t find a solution for?

Under Page Settings: I the Header Bottom Margin is disabled.

I would really appreciate any help regarding how I might fix this issue.
