Hero Image going in front of drop down menu

Hi,
I am using a AccessPress STAPLE PRO theme and the Hero image is going over the drop down menu. I added headlines and dividers to push down the image to solve this on a PC but I cannot fix the problem on mobile devices.
I have asked the theme developers to look into it and they said they have never seen this before.
Any idea if this can be solved?

    Do you have a public URL to a page where this is occurring? I can’t seem to find one. If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    This issue is related to z-index and is typically an issue with the themes menu having too low of a z-index.
