Hey Folks,

Are there any guidelines anyone can communicate regarding the hero image? Specifically, my challenge is that whenever I take a nice, high quality image the hero box somehow manipulates the image so it’s extremely poor quality (and appears to change dimensions). Does it need to take a certain size image? Is there a way to control the output? Any tips… this is the only element I can’t get working prior to posting and advertising my site.

    Hi Dave,

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at an example hero widget with issues? There are no image size requirements outside of ideally using an image similarity sized to the hero widget size (for example, if the hero widget is 1920×400, you should use an image that’s 5200×2100).
