Hi everyone — I’m using a Hero Header widget with a youtube video background on my homepage. The widget works beautifully on desktop, however on Android it does not autoplay, but instead just shows the fail-over background image.

I don’t have an iOS device handy to test whether or not this works on iOS, but on Android chrome, there is no video, just the still image.
I’m testing with Pixel 2 & with a Huawei p8 lite.

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible at this time without some custom coding. I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update.
