Help! Widget Hanging Up and Not Able to Edit

I cannot edit any widget. It does nothing but hang up. PLEASE HELP!!! Attached is an image of what I get when I try to edit ANY widget.

I have cleared my cache and cookies AND i have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, both page builde and the widget bundle.

Where are you when this happens and what do you mean by: edit widget?
