Help – SiteOrigin builder blocks not showing on Front Page
Hello, I recently took over an account for “https://launchpayroll.com/”. I noticed that on the Homepage(FrontPage) the editor/Site Origin Page Builder elements are not showing to make any edits or changes. However, they do show on other pages. I’ve completed all available plug-in updates and WordPress updates but still seem to be having the issue.
Can you please provide some guidance in resolving this issue?

7Hi Fumiya
Thanks for reaching out.
It sounds like there might be an error on the page preventing Page Builder from loading. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily switch to the Twenty Twenty theme and temporarily deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins? If so, you can reactivate your theme and then plugins one by one, testing for the issue after each activation.
Hi Andrew,
Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. The “Home- Front Page” still does not show any builder elements. It also is not labeled as “Site Origin Builder” on the Pages tab. Any other possible solutions?
Thanks for running the test. Sorry, I didn’t notice before, the home page isn’t being managed by Page Builder. Is the content available when editing the home page from Pages? If the content isn’t available, is it perhaps contained in a custom page template?
Yes, it seems to be a custom page template. How can I access this template/front page to make changes and can I use Site Origin’s building elements to make the changes?
Hi. The page would need to be rebuilt in Page Builder to make edits via Page Builder. Are there perhaps sections for the home page in the Customizer? If not, you’d need to access the page template via FTP or Hosting File Manager and see what’s happening, is the content hardcoded into the page template, or is it being controlled from an array of settings somewhere.
How can I access “Customizer” to check? I apologize as I’m not too familiar with Site Origin.
Sure, no problem. The Customizer is a default WordPress feature. Head over to AppearanceCustomize. If the home page fields are editable this is one location they might be added.
Are you perhaps able to contact the developer that built this custom theme?
