Help – Site Pack Plug Install Error

Hi Team – installing site pack plugin disables and changes my WP admin login – Please Help – tried six installs already with same results. Need a resolution without having to go into phpmyadmin to change PW?!?

    Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate the issue you’re experiencing (where it changes the admin login). Could you clarify further what happens and the solution you’re using to correct this issue?

    Thanks Alex for responding I managed to resolve the issue with a clean install of Word Press and Site Origin Theme North. Rookie issues but great learning process and thanks again to the team at SO for the exceptional page builder and themes and plugins.

    Glad you worked it out. With that said, would it be possible for you to explain what the actual issue was? This will allow us to, hopefully, prevent this issue from happening for other users who can’t do a reinstall of WordPress.
