Help! Page builder layouts disappeared!

Hi there,

Every page at my site www.skichatel.co.uk including the homepage are built using page builder. Today, the rows/widgets in the editor have gone away, and only the visual/text editor remains. The page builder tab is still there but no layout is showing.

We are unable to update these pages using the visual/text editor, even though the editor shows changes, the pages don’t actually update.

I have deactivated all plugins and tried just site origin plugins but no improvement. I have deleted all caches, again no improvement.

Site uses Minamaze by Think Up Themes.

Any help appreciated

    Hi Matt,

    We’ve heard of a few reports that Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader is causing issues for certain users as it’s running in WP Admin for them. Are you using Cloudflare and if so, are you using Rocket Loader? If you are, try temporarily disabling it to see if that helps.

    Yep. Rocket loader seems to be the issue. Turned off and now pagebuilder is back.
