    Thanks for posting.

    It depends on your current setup, there are a few options to consider.

    If you were copying the widget to a new Page Builder page, you could use widget copy/paste functionality: Post: Page Builder Copy Paste

    If you’re using SiteOrigin Premium and using the Custom Post Type Builder then you could include the form widget as a repeating widget.

    If you’re using the new Block Editor in WordPress 5.0, you could create a reusable layout and insert a SiteOrigin Layout into the reusable layout and a form into that.

    If you’re using the Classic Editor and not using SiteOrigin Premium or if the Custom Post Type idea isn’t applicable, you could create a reusable layout on a page not published and then insert that into pages via Page Builder (Layouts > Clone: Pages).

    So a few options available depending on your setup, let us know how it goes :)
