“Builder by SiteOrigin” is on three of my websites and currently is not working, when I say that you can see the words written originally on the front pages of the website. The back end is as if it is locked, I cannot access edit to change/add/delete any content whatsoever!

I have turned off all other plug ins. Still suck/will not work.

I have deleted “Builder by SiteOrigin” and re-installed it. Still does not work.

They have been like this for about three months and I hoped/thought the problem would go once you had updates it has not.

Please help.

    Hi TIMWOOD,

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, you can try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
