    Hi Iulian

    Thanks for reaching out.

This error is most likely due to a version of WordPress older than 4.7. To recover, login to your server via FTP or Hosting File Manager, navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder and rename siteorigin-panels to _siteorigin-panels. Then access your WP install, upgrade WP. Once done you can rename the folder in plugins back to siteorigin-panels.

It seems I got the latest WP update. My host company deactivated the plugin and renamed it in File Manager and my website works but all pages look different without plugin. So what can I do?

Thanks for the update. wp_doing_ajax() was introduced in WordPress 4.7. Please, can you confirm the version you’re using? If you’ve upgraded WordPress after the fatal error occurred then you should be able to rename the Page Builder folder back to its default.

I have 4.4.1. So why the system tells me I have the latest version?

I’m not quite sure, updates might have been disabled for your WP install. You can try forcing an update check from Dashboard > Updates. Alternatively, you could ask your hosting company. If you need to manually update WP, here is how: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-plugins-via-ftp/.
