Heading padding can’t be edited

Ho guys.
When I go to app > customize > general and edit the header padding, nothing happens on my site. Why is that? ATM my header padding should be 7, but as you can see, it’s muuch more. Maybe i’m just doing something stupid wrong, just cant figure it out.

    Unfortunately a small bug in the 2.2.1 upgrade. Please update to 2.2.2 and the problem will be resolved.
