Hello,

I am using Siteorigin North theme. Heading 1 is not responsive. On Andriod phone the line “FOCUSED ON YOUR SUCCESS” is not resizing (the letter D in focused is in a different line). Also there is too much left and right margin the mobile mode.

Will appreiciate your help.

Thank you

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bhanu

    Thanks for reaching out.

By default, the heading tags in North don’t have responsive CSS linked to them. This is perhaps something we can assist with within our premium support scope. You could consider using a Headline Widget for the first heading on the home page, the Headline widget uses FitText for resizing.

The padding added (10px 63px 10px 63px) is the padding you’re seeing on mobile. Locate the setting the padding was added to, you should find a Mobile Padding setting below, there you can adjust the padding used for mobile devices.

    Hi Andrew,

Thank for very much for your response. I had already added a mobile padding
. But don't seem to work.
    Appreciate your help always.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi :) Are you using Full Width Stretched Padded for the first row? If so, perhaps change it to Full Width Stretched and then adding the padding manually so you can reduce the padding for mobile via the mobile padding setting.

Or put another way, where you added the mobile padding, was it the same setting where padding was added for desktop?

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for reply as always. I checked and it is set to Full width stretched. The mobile padding is set to 0. Yes the mobile padding is added to the padding where the desktop padding is added.
    Thank you

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks, please try editing the Visual Editor widget and check the Layout section on the right when editing the widget, not the row. Is there not padding added there?

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your reply. I checked the Visual Editor widget layout, the mobile padding is 0,0,0,0. Only the desktop Margin is 10, 63, 10 63. The row mobile padding is also 0,0,0,0.
    Thank you

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for taking look. It’s the 63 that’s the problem. That’s the padding you’re seeing on mobile. Try removing the margin in the widget and instead, apply those values as padding, that’ll let you remove that padding for mobile via the Mobile Padding setting in the Visual Editor widget.
