header text next to logo won’t go away

I have a strange problem. I created a home page with Vantage premium and I uploaded a logo and added text next to the logo.

Now I want to delete the text or change the text but it won’t change. Even if I delete the logo the header text stays up there.

This is my first WP experience so I’m stupid but I feel like I have tried everything to delete this text
