Header text bigger font on one of the lines

I have two lines to the right of the logo in the header. I am wanting to make the first line a bigger font than the second line. Would you please provide me with info on how to do this .

    Thanks for running Vantage.

    It might be easiest to use the widget area at Appearance > Widgets: Header. There you could insert a Visual Editor widget and use one of the Heading settings to change font size, font color is also an option in the widget. To get access to the Visual Editor widget, first install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/.
