I’ve uploaded my logo under Theme Settings (not the retina logo) and when it shows up on my page it takes up the width of the page (which is huge). What can I do to make it proportional?
Hi Linda
Please send through a link and I’ll take a look.
Thanks
We currently have a Coming Soon page up, so not sure that you can see it. http://minutemanpresswp.com/
Let me know.
Sorry, we’re not that good :) I’ll grab some login details from you via email if necessary, lets try one more thing first.
What I was going to check, is what size is the logo you’re uploading. It needs to be the correct size before being uploaded.
Perhaps give this image a try, just to see the result:

I don’t see anything in the link. What is the size that the image is supposed to be in pts. or pixels? I thought it was automatically adjusting the size. Maybe that is my problem?! Let me know the size and I’ll give it a try.
Thanks!
If you click the link above and check top left there is an image. If you right click on that you can save it to your desktop.
Your logo will render in the size uploaded. The logo size here: http://demo.siteorigin.com/vantage/ is 181 x 40px. Yours doesn’t need to be that small but it’s a reference.
I was able to resize it, but it seems to be stretching it and downgrading the quality. Can I replace the entire header? If so, what size and how?
If you run the boxed layout version of Vantage it’s possible to upload a 1080px wide logo via Appearance > Theme Settings > Logo. To use this option, insert the Custom CSS detailed here: https://siteorigin.com/thread/how-to-remove-left-and-right-white-space-around-logo-vantage-premium/. The title of the block of Custom CSS required for this option is:
/* Full header logo */
