Header in Mobile View

My header on my mobile view looks drastically different than desktop. I created it using the SiteOrigin Editor widget. Is there any way to format it the same way?

    Hi Austin,

    Please open the row housing your header and head over to the row styles sidebar. Open the Layout settings group and set the Collapse Behaviour to No Collapse. How does that look? It won’t be perfect but it’ll appear exactly as it does on mobile (although, admittedly, everything will be much smaller).
